Worked with senior professors to initiate, plan, and execute research projects. Communicated project status to management verbally and through technical documentation and presentations. Designed and developed a facial expression recognition system using TensorFlow and PyTorch. Trained and fine-tuned deep neural network models for facial expression recognition on benchmark datasets like FER2013 and CK+. Pre-processed the data using OpenCV and performed feature extraction to improve model performance. Implemented and evaluated various image augmentation techniques to improve the robustness of the model. Worked closely with the IDRBT research team to identify research questions and develop approaches to solve complex problems. Worked on developing deep learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch to solve real-world problems. Conducted experiments to evaluate the performance of deep learning models on various datasets.
