A leading firm that offers solutions for schools across K–12 sector. It provides management softwares, learning solutions & curriculum and a lot of other products for schools across all its related stakeholders. As a UX designer, I worked majorly on the flagship B2B product named NLP - ERP (Next Learning Platform ERP) for school management system. The tasks were mainly sprint projects involving usability changes based on a feedback or a new feature for the customers in the flagship. My responsibilities included working on the requirement to deliver a solution which would be the wireframes and then working with the managers till deployment of that particular feature.
