Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve business processes.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying AI and machine learning solutions.

3. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform the development of AI and machine learning models.

4. Develop and maintain AI and machine learning models, ensuring they are accurate, efficient, and scalable.

5. Validate and test AI and machine learning models, using appropriate metrics and techniques to measure performance and effectiveness.

6. Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and incorporate new techniques and tools into the development process.

7. Document and present AI and machine learning models, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.

8. Mentor and support junior team members in the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI and machine learning models, and provide solutions to improve performance.

10. Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of AI and machine learning models through ongoing evaluation and optimization.

Requirements:

1. bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.

2. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.

3. Proficient in machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

4. Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these skills to complex problems.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

7. Familiarity with cloud-based AI and machine learning platforms, such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure.

8. Experience with AI and machine learning model deployment and monitoring, including containerization and orchestration technologies.

9. Knowledge of AI and machine learning ethics and best practices.

10. A continuous learner with a passion for staying current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
