Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning/AI Engineer to drive the development of our AI-powered platform. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing advanced machine learning models and AI systems that will integrate vast arrays of business data and make it instantly accessible to employees. You will be instrumental in creating a generative AI system that enhances decision-making, improves employee performance, and optimizes management support.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Data Integration: Develop and implement machine learning models that integrate and contextualize data from various sources such as employee records, product information, pricing, HR policies, and training materials to create a cohesive AI-driven information system.
• Generative AI Solutions: Design and deploy Generative AI models that can provide real-time, contextually relevant information to employees, reducing the need for manual searches and inter-departmental queries.
• Advanced ML/AI Methodologies: Utilize modern methodologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), transformer models, and LLM fine-tuning, to build AI systems that are both powerful and scalable.
• Custom AI Model Development: Create and fine-tune custom AI models that can adapt to various business needs, ensuring that the AI system grows and evolves with the company’s and its clients' needs.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate complex business requirements into AI solutions, ensuring that the platform meets the practical needs of end users.
• Data Management and Optimization: Oversee the collection, preprocessing, and management of data used in AI models, ensuring data quality and optimizing models for speed and accuracy.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in machine learning and AI, and continuously integrate new techniques and technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities.
• System Integration and Testing: Collaborate with software engineers to seamlessly integrate AI models into the platform, and work with QA teams to validate the performance and reliability of these models.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science, with a strong focus on deploying AI solutions in a SaaS environment.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers), with a deep understanding of Generative AI, RAG methods, and LLMs.
• Programming Skills: Expertise in Python and familiarity with tools like Hugging Face, OpenAI, and LangChain for implementing and fine-tuning AI models.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design AI solutions that address specific business challenges.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including non-technical stakeholders.
