Application Support Engineer 

• Location : Bangalore

Required Skill Sets:

• Software Product Experience
• SaaS, On-Premise, Private Cloud knowledge
• Automation Testing knowledge
• Automation Tool exposure (desired)
• Web, Mobile, API, Database knowledge
• Hands-on exposure to Web, Mobile, API, Database (desired)
• Troubleshooting / Problem solving
• Software installation, uninstallation, plug-ins, licensing exposure
• Test Management tools such as Jira, QC/ALM exposure
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins exposure

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Enterprise Applications such as Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, MS Dynamics, SAP, Workday, Kronos

Work Time: Rotational
