Roles And Responsibilities-

• Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for technical design and construction of technical data flows.
• Setting up ETL framework and Data ingestion pipelines form batch & stream data.
• Expertise in SQL writing and performance optimization.
• Experience in data validation.
• Experience in large scale data migration projects – history loads, incremental loads.( from on prem to Azure)
• Ability to build wrapper scripts to facilitate execution of independent SQLs for functional testing and benchmarking.
• Execute individual scripts/procedures to validate functionality and capture performance benchmark.
• Experience in tuning & optimizing SQL queries
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify the root cause of performance bottlenecks.
• Effectively articulate technical issues to Quantiphi tech lead and facilitate resolution.
• Create scripts and perform data validation/consolidation across systems.

Required Technical Skillset-

• Mandatory – Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, Analysis Service and/or Synapse
• Languages: SQL, Python, Spark and PySpark
• Design Dimensional Models for Data Warehouse and Data Marts
• Knowledge of version control systems, build automation and CI/CD tools and frameworks
• Experience with operating system internals, file systems, disk/storage technologies, and storage protocol.
