Build and Release Automation Engineer

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

prior experience automating build and release
strong understanding of and comfort working in linux environments
strong understanding of git - branching, commits, tagging, merging
experience with Jenkins
strong bash scripting skills
experience with AWS - ec2 (such as ASGs and LBs), code-deploy, s3, RDS, image builder, lambda
experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferrably using cloudformation in yaml, but other IaC providers are acceptable.
experience with github actions
knowledge of github package registry
other programming experience in languages such as python or golang
experience with or knowledge of apache server management.
