Position Overview :
We are hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst at Kapture CX. This is a high ownership role which will span projects and responsibilities across multiple teams - Sales, Customer Success, Founder’s Office and others - and engagement with senior leaders. The role will carry accountability to own management of critical databases, deriving insights for key business projects, and leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
This individual will work on a wide range of projects impacting both internal and external stakeholders and will have visibility across the organization.
Our ideal Business Intelligence Analyst meets the following criteria:
>> Analytical and Detail Oriented : You should display rigor and depth in analysis and provide inputs with detail. This person will work with multiple teams and add value to functions like Sales, Founder’s Office, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance.
>> Skilled in Data Visualization and Excel / Google Sheets : You should be adept in using Excel and Google Sheets for your analysis as well data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. You should have an overall work experience of 1 to 3 years in data analysis and using tools like above.
>> Reporting and Communication : You will work extensively on projects that have visibility to founders and leaders. This will require preparing detailed dashboards and reports as well as presentations for different audiences.
>> Experience in Managing CRMs (preferred, but not mandatory) : This person will also manage data and operations for our sales team through a CRM and experience in working with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho is a bonus.
