Job Description

What will you do?

  • own the internal workflow of gathering and validating campaign requirements from CRED product/ business teams and working with design/copy/ and tech teams to ensure smooth execution
  • work on creating the campaign on the app screens, with strict adherence to TAT and quality metrics
  • evangelize best practices and guidelines across internal teams for improving the campaign experience for members
  • maintain the campaign calendar and ensure the requests are processed in a timely manner
  • monitor the performance of campaigns on parameters like (but not limited to) delivery, accuracy, and latency. help business teams improve the outcomes by sharing relevant insights

You should apply if you:

  • 1-2 years experience in campaign operations, GTM (Go To Market), product releases, launch & UAT
  • basic skills in SQL (Hackerank)
  • understanding of data structures (JSON), (Decision Trees)
  • logical expression handling
  • stakeholder management (especially Product & Tech)
