Position Overview: Job Overview:

As the Cloud Customer Solution Lead at Krutrim Cloud, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through their cloud adoption journey. You will lead the design and implementation of tailored cloud solutions based on customer requirements, leveraging our extensive portfolio of services and technologies. You will act as a strategic advisor, working closely with clients, the sales team, and technical architects to ensure that Krutrim Cloud delivers solutions that drive tangible business outcomes for customers.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer-facing abilities to ensure successful solution delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Requirements Gathering:

  • Lead initial discovery and technical scoping sessions with customers to understand business goals, technical challenges, and specific cloud requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define customer use cases and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, building trust and rapport with stakeholders.

Solution Architecture & Design:

  • Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using Krutrim Cloud's product suite and other major cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Lead design discussions around cloud infrastructure, application architectures, security, and data solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Create detailed technical solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, performance, and security requirements.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop technical aspects of proposals and presentations, ensuring customer needs are effectively met.
  • Work with cloud engineers, DevOps teams, and other internal resources to ensure a smooth deployment of solutions, acting as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Lead internal and external project kick-off meetings, ensuring all parties understand deliverables, timelines, and expectations.

Cloud Migration & Implementation:

  • Lead cloud migration projects from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless transition to cloud environments.
  • Advise on cloud-native adoption, application modernization, and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges during the migration and deployment phases.

Customer Success & Optimization:

  • Ensure customers achieve business objectives through successful cloud solution implementations.
  • Continuously assess customer needs and provide optimization strategies for cost management, security enhancements, and performance improvements.
  • Conduct regular post-implementation reviews and ensure clients are satisfied with the outcomes and ROI.
  • Provide ongoing support and be the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Thought Leadership & Market Insights:

  • Stay current with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain Krutrim Cloud’s competitive edge.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by providing training to internal teams and writing content for blogs, whitepapers, and customer-facing materials.
  • Represent Krutrim Cloud at industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness and establish Krutrim Cloud as a thought leader in the cloud space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 2 to 7 years in cloud solution architecture or IT consulting, with 2 to 7 years in customer-facing roles.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), cloud-native applications, microservices, and security best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred: Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps experience, and Agile knowledge.
