Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the design team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Set clear design objectives and ensure deliveries are on time and are up to standards.
- Visual Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive visual strategy that reinforces our brand's identity and messaging.
- Stay abreast of design trends and technologies, ensuring our visual output remains fresh and innovative.
- Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Creative Execution:
- Oversee the creation of all visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand & content teams to ensure alignment between visual output and brand messaging.
- Work closely with the Product Design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Innovation:
- Encourage experimentation and exploration of new design techniques and approaches.
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media content, and other initiatives.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging design technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a creative team.
- Proficient in design tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), etc.
- A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
