Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and issues.
    • Experience with customer success metrics and tools such as NPS, CSAT, and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
    • Familiarity with SaaS products and services.
