SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer providing deployment and support for all environments from development to production. The Senior DevOps Engineer plays a key role in supporting our internal teams who use HealthEdge GuidingCare® platform for patient-centered care, offering health plans and provider organizations easy-to-use, next-generation data integration and workflow management tools.

Position: DevOps Engineer

Experience: 2-4 years in DevOps

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Development and Technical Operations teams to document the Definition of Ready for the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.
• Performs incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.
• Identify improvement areas and gain efficiency with custom workflow (using scripting languages) in the CI/CD lifecycle.
• Play a key role in the cloud strategy for the product from a DevOps angle.
• Build and support different environments including instance setup for the various modules of the GuidingCare for customers
• Acquire knowledge of product releases and deploying product updates and fixesas per schedule
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systemshosting new product functionality.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 2-4years of related work experience, preferably in large enterprises supporting various product lines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Expertise on integration of Microsoft tools stack applications in CI/CD pipeline.
• Expertise on administrating and deploying CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, VSTS, Bamboo, Octopus Deploy, GitLab, AzureDevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps Tools, Monitoring Tools (Data Dog/ ELK/Graylog) that enable faster, higher quality reliable deployments
• Intermediate knowledge of the .Net stack to develop build scripts and debug deployment issues.
• Expertise on Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet or SaltStack
• Expertise with container orchestration services, especially Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with database deployment tool Redgate
• Intermediate experience of AWS or Azure and DevOps tools in these environments.
• Significant experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments
• Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as Python, PowerShell and Shell script.
• Experience in IIS and MS Build.
• Process-oriented with great documentation skills
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science required
• Master’s degree in related field preferred
