Director of Operations

Requirements:

• Experience with leading Operations or in a similar role for 5 years
• Prior experience with setting up delivery center operations or IT startup’s catering to US/Canada clients would be preferred.
• Preferred knowledge of the latest supply chain industry software platforms, architectures and digital technologies and industry practices
• Strong ethical leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Demonstrated abilities to take ownership of business operations.
