About The Role

A DISCOM Specialist is a great negotiator and experienced in handling external stakeholders. They are aware of all the legalities related to EV connection and DISCOM .A DISCOM Specialist will make sure we have an EV connection from the government.

Responsibilities

• Overall legal documentation

• Negotiation to fasten the EV connection process
• Create relationships with the team to fasten the EV connection process
• Build & maintain database of region wise Contacts & cost Estimates of EV connections
• Filing of Electricity connection in various states
• Follow up, coordinate and liaison with dept personell of various levels
• Deal with govt licenced contractors to expedite the work
• Rectification and reconciliation of bills received from Dept.
• Making sure the bills are paid on time

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field

• Knowledge of political, social, economic and business landscape
• 3-6 Years of Experience
• Prior experience in dealing with Discom
• Requirements and skills
