The Challenge

Construction projects today face real, frustrating challenges. When we have spoken to many large companies' Construction leaders, they have expressed their first principal problems. The industry is largely governed by manual processes, which are largely carried over Excel, Paper, etc. We focus mainly on creating simplified flows with an AI-first approach to unify Communication speed across multiple silos and build tools to automate time-consuming manual workflows.

Build an AI-first platform - Optimising Manual Operational Workflows for Construction Vertical. It is a chance to join and build your own core Engineering Team. For instance, Can you crack a complex 500 pages of Engineering Drawings to produce a baseline Estimation Quote created based on Project Geography? Can you develop a model that transforms a real-time feed of site images and videos into a project status?

This is an opportunity to create a significant impact by developing a platform that will transform how Construction Projects and Operations will be executed in the years to come. Your role will be pivotal in solving complex problems and driving innovation in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology vertical, build your ninja army for engineering, overseeing all technical aspects of product development.
• Develop and implement full-stack applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and security.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology goals with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving within the team.

Requirements:

• An Experience range of 5 -7 years of building world-class software products
• Deep hands-on expertise in building full-stack applications.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Strong backend development skills with experience in languages such as Python, Node.js,
• Experience with database design and management, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Proven ability to design and implement robust RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
