Qualifications:

12+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Engineering Manager or equivalent experience
5+ years leading teams in a technical environment
Proven expertise in at least one programming language like Java, Python, JavaScript/jQuery, C#, and Perl
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, inspiring and motivating others to achieve goals
Experience in distributed systems, cloud-based architecture and highly-available systems
Experience leading teams with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
Proven track record of implementing and driving adoption of new data technologies and methodologies
Track record of growing your engineers and teams
Collaborative approach to driving best possible results and outcome for the customer
