Financial Analyst, Sales Commissions

Your Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication skills as this is a role that will require frequent interaction with our sales organization.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting , Finance or related field.
• Min . of 2 years exp erience in sales compensation or similar role .
• E xperience with commission calculation tool s eg. Xactly preferred.
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Power Use r .
• Adaptability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision daily .
