Job Description

Elevate is hiring an Ironclad Functional Architect for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation team.

Specifically, the Functional Architect will:

• Lead Ironclad CLM implementations in partnership with the project management, account management and sales teams.
• Interact with customer stakeholders to understand their requirements and come up with solution design
• Document and analyse various business requirements to put together a Business Requirement Document (BRD), Integration Requirement Document (IRD) and Gap Analysis Document.
• Configure Contract Types, templates, approval workflows as per the requirements agreed on with the customer.
• Build integrations between Ironclad and other enterprise applications like CRM, ERP, Document Management Systems (DMS) etc.
• Guide functional configurators and solution engineers to build the solution and integration on Ironclad platform.
• Test the system and ensuring quality of deliverables to the customer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any bugs identified during testing.
• Lead customer training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Experience.

• Good understanding of CLM business processes.
• Five years' experience as CLM implementation consultant and a minimum three years' experience in Ironclad CLM as a senior Solution Consultant/SME
• Project Management experience with an understanding of Agile methodologies. (Good to have
• Knowledge of MS Projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields.
