The Creative Team collaborates with our global marketing teams translating concepts into compelling, branded visual assets. As the Global Brand Team continues to evolve, we seek a talented Production Artist to join us.

Partner with the best

You'll execute visually appealing designs across platforms, enhancing brand presence based on our design system. The ideal candidate needs robust design sensibility and excellent communication skills for a dynamic environment. Collaboration with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, and Senior Graphic Designers is crucial.

As a Graphic Designer Senior Lead, you will be responsible for-

• Developing creative and visually striking designs for print and digital material.
• Creating engaging multimedia content.
• Overseeing global design projects, from conception to delivery. Mentoring junior designers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Ensuring consistency and adherence to the brand guidelines across all design projects.

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have a Bachelor's degree and experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Have 5 years of experience with a diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design projects
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of design principles, composition, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Be able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Applications such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Have experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Be familiar with Web design standards (HTML/CSS/Images/UI/UX)
