Role Summary:
Organizational Development (OD) Leader will be responsible for creating strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster innovation, and cultivate a high-performance culture. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our people and processes are aligned with our fast-paced, ever-evolving business objectives. Will lead complex initiatives in a rapidly changing tech environment, fostering growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Strategy & Design:
- Organizational Effectiveness: Lead initiatives to assess and enhance organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities to support business goals.
- Culture Transformation: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company culture, driving innovation, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Change Management: Design and lead change management initiatives that support the company’s growth and adaptability in a dynamic tech environment.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
2. Leadership Development & Succession Planning:
- Leadership Programs: Create and manage leadership development programs tailored to the needs of tech product leaders, focusing on agility, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Talent Pipeline: Develop and execute strategies for identifying and nurturing high-potential talent to ensure a robust succession pipeline for key leadership roles.
- Executive Coaching: Provide coaching and development support to senior leaders to enhance their leadership impact and drive organizational success.
3. Talent Management:
- Performance Management: Oversee the design and implementation of performance management systems that align with the company’s objectives and promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
4. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI):
- DEI Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of DEI strategies that foster an inclusive workplace and leverage diverse perspectives to drive innovation.
- Employee Resource Groups: Support and guide employee resource groups, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and DEI initiatives.
Required experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Organizational Development, with a significant portion of that time spent in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing OD strategies, including change management, culture transformation, and organizational design.
- Understanding the unique challenges and dynamics of tech product organizations, including rapid growth, scaling, and maintaining an innovative culture.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute OD strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale change initiatives, particularly in environments undergoing significant transformation.
- Strong background in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning within a high-tech or innovative context.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of OD initiatives.
