Integration Engineer

Job Description

Cornerstone is looking for an Integration Engineer (MuleSoft) to design and develop integration solutions leveraging the MuleSoft platform.

In this role you will...

  • Creating API specifications and developing Integration solutions using MuleSoft.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of Mule applications.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of MuleSoft applications.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Providing support for existing integrations by addressing bug fixes and implementing enhancements.
  • Help in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Work on creating and updating the technical specification documents.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and IT stakeholders to gain functional insights, enabling effective support for existing integrations and the design of enhancements and new integrations to drive business outcomes.
  • Assist the business/other IT Items with UAT testing support.

You’ve got what it takes if you have...

  • Over 5 years of experience in Middleware and Integration, including at least 3 years of experience working with the MuleSoft Platform.
  • Must have worked on the design and development of medium to complex Integrations.
  • Experience on implementing RESTful APIs, SOAP webservices, File-based Integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in MuleSoft API implementation and sound working knowledge of Anypoint Studio IDE and Anypoint platform tools such as Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange, Access Management.
  • Experience using RAML Security schemes, traits, and all advanced RAML development.
  • Hands-on development experience in API-Led Connectivity architecture approach (System, Process, and Experience) layer.
  • Ability to write complex Data weave scripts 
  • Proficient in managing platform initiatives such as VPC setup, DLB configuration, access management and migration to Cloudhub 2.0.
  • Understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Extensive understanding of API Management principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or MS Azure is a plus.
  • Experience working on integrations with Salesforce and Oracle ERP system would be preferable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
