IT Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Automation workflows.
Creation and integration of Web Services
Monitor Automation workloads and pro-actively address any failures
Administration of Service Management tool – Ivanti Service Manager
Develop Request Offerings using Administration interface and configuration of corresponding workflows.
Perform Enhancements, change requests and bug fixes.
Responsible for change management activities related workflows and automation scripting.
Co-ordinate and arrange support of newly implemented systems services with the Service Desk and CMC
