About the role

The primary responsibility of this role is to architect, maintain and operate Information Technology Digital workplace initiatives and operations within the organization. A successful candidate will work with various internal teams (Devops, Secops), implement strategic solutions to handle the key business requirements, automate or eliminate repeatable tasks, reduce administrative overhead for workplace operations, including configuration variations and security vulnerabilities. This role includes ITIL process and Service management activities.

What you’ll do for us

· Architect, maintain and operate modern workplace technologies with the focus on endpoints, throughout the enterprise.

· Perform installation and upgrades of operating system, software packages, streamline and maintain endpoint images to meet company standards through MDM and MAM solutions.

· Architect, implement and manage solutions using Intune, Azure, Active Directory, Autopilot and Sophos endpoint products.

· Manage and operate large scale (global) OS vulnerability and patch management operations using Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Windows Update for Business or similar tools.

· Manage endpoint compliance, configuration profiles and protection of devices through policies, procedures, and controls. Assist with developing and maintaining policies and procedures in areas of responsibility

· Responsible for Hardware and Software asset management tools, providing analytics on the hardware and software usage metrics, automating software requests, deployment, and removals. Implement the asset lifecycle process and procedures.

· Contribute to the planning and execution of the procurement of equipment and licenses including all budgeting, infrastructure, and facilities requirements.

· Act as an escalation and solution contact for complex endpoint issues.

· Work with the Security operations team and maintain compliance for Bitlocker Encryption, Antivirus, and device trust management products.

· Stay on top of emerging technologies, introduce new technologies that will help leverage time and growth. Make recommendations and implement process improvements.

· Ensure the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity and availability is achieved in Digital workplace services.

· Create and maintain standard operating procedures and systems documentation.

What you’ll have

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • 7+ years’ experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, focused on the Digital workplace technologies.
  • 5+ hands-on experience with MDM solutions like Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Office 365 suite, Google workspace, Windows, and Mac environment.
  • 4+ years proven experience to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and understand their technology needs
  • 3+ years of IAM / SSO experience in Azure, Okta, Duo or any other tools.
  • Knowledge of PC imaging, software deployment technologies and tools like Sysprep, WinPE, MDT, and Azure Autopilot.
  • Networking concepts, LAN, WAN, Internet, switches, routers, DHCP, DNS, VLANs and Firewall
  • ITIL process knowledge and ISO 27001 framework / controls implementation experience.
  • Prior experience working with 2000+ end-users in a global environment.

Skills:

  • Clear understanding of network and application security, data security, and secure network protocols.
  • Advanced scripting (Windows-PowerShell) and minor coding skills in other tools.
  • Characteristics: Structured and organized in working style. Ability to work with and as a true team.
  • Customer oriented and work at a fast pace, high growth, changing priority environment.
  • Flexibility to work on multiple time zones

Certifications:

  • Microsoft, AZURE, MSO 365, Windows, MAC, CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred.
