We are seeking an experienced and skilled Node.js Developer with a strong background in MongoDB to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in software development, with a deep understanding of Node.js and Typescript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Node.js and should have experience in Typescript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, design documents, and coding standards.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks for projects, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software development and delivery processes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the software development industry, and incorporate them into the team's workflow as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system availability and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js and Typescript.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, and other relevant JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling. Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding and developing junior developers.
