Looking for Top-Tier IIT Graduates who have showcased their expertise in backend development through Java Or other languages projects for internship roles (Backend/Full Stack preferred)

Role: Backend Software Engineer  

Location: Remote

Experience Level: 2023 or 2024 Passout 

Role & Responsibilities

• We are seeking candidates who have completed internships involving Java or language projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for our platform.
• Utilize your Coding skills to contribute to the design and implementation of backend services.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data structures and algorithms for optimal performance.
• Apply best practices and design patterns to create flexible, maintainable, and testable code.
• Gain hands-on experience in developing multi-threaded applications and working with distributed systems.
• Have the opportunity to evaluate and incorporate new technologies to address specific challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier IIT.
• Strong proficiency in coding with demonstrable projects or coursework.
• Familiarity with backend development concepts and technologies.
• Passion for writing efficient, maintainable code and solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Favourable Skills:

• Experience with other backend languages (Python, Node.js, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud platforms
