- Work with customers to define a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and requirements for the Allvue software.
- Document client objectives, scope, requirements, use cases, and assumptions in Business Requirements Documents for client approval.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers and Product Managers to align client requirements with best-practices and organizational standards to produce estimates for the scope of work.
- Communicate results of your analysis to stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Prescribe solutions to clients based on best practices and recommend process changes as needed.
- Maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Assist Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers through software development lifecycle, as needed, related to requirements.
- Collaborate with PM to define project timeline, sequencing, and resourcing needs.
- Work with client and PM throughout project to manage scope.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to communicate and manage product and implementation defects or enhancements through the project lifecycle.
- Provide end-user training with the goal of ensuring widespread adoption of the Allvue software.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the business processes supported by the Allvue software solution.
- At least 7 years of experience writing Business Requirements for Software development or configuration OR Experience working with a Portfolio Testing / Pre and Post Trade Compliance system such as WSO Compliance, CDO Suite / Solvas, Eze Castle Compliance, or CRD.
- Working knowledge of CLO 2.0, 40 Act, UCITS, SMA rules is a plus.
- Experience working with an Asset Manager in a Front or Middle office role with an understanding of research and trade lifecycle, accounting, analytics, and compliance is a plus.
