About The Team
This role is for the 'Talent Management' platform.

Eightfold’s Talent Management product is used in organizations to improve retention and employee experience, including upskilling/reskilling and opportunities for advancement, to develop and retain employees by giving them the power to drive their career paths, to identify internal talent with the potential to take on management roles, to take a skills-based approach to talent planning with AI-powered insights.

As a Lead Engineer,

What You'll Do

  • Converting Product team requirements to modular, testable, and efficient code.
  • Designing and implementing configurable, scalable applications to serve clients across domains.
  • Lead the design discussions, and mentor the junior engineers.
  • Integrating with third-party libraries and enhancing, and modifying them to be used across eightfold products.
  • Grow and maintain the list of reusable components across applications.
  • Improve page performance and integrate with different backend APIs across products.

What We Need

  • A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals with hands-on experience in front-end development of 6 to 10 or more years.
