Job Description

Job Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./MTech degree in Computer Science or related field with up to 8 years of experience
• Experience in Node Js with broad and deep understanding of the language
• Ability to lead a team of 2-3 members
• Hands-on experience working on Node.js development tools

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Ability to produce in Agile context (Scrum)
• Participate in all Agile Scrum events (Sprint planning, Estimate, SUM, Sprint Review, Retrospective etc )
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code and also perform code review.
• Participate and contribute to Agile Scum of Scrum ceremonies to understand dependencies and dependents
• Mentor-ship and guiding a variety of mixed-skill-sets in the company of Jr. Level Engineers or peers
• Able to research a problem and bring solutions back to the team and product management
• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities
• Responsible for android development
• Fix production issues and maintain the code as needed
• Continuously improve team by identifying and recommending process changes
• Collaborate across teams and groups to ensure product vision and direction is achieved
• Design (with scaling in mind), develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards

Desirable Skills:

• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
• Proficient with Java, Java Script and web technologies
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum
• Experience developing Cloud based software solutions
• The aptitude to develop and work with an agile mindset
