Roles:

  • Ensure planned trainings are scheduled and completed
  • Take care of training metrics
  • Prepare behavioural and soft skills modules
  • Animate, Digitise, and prepare Innovative Learning Content
  • Ensure planned trainings are scheduled, and completed for new hires and freshers
  • Take care of Learning Management System along with the team
  • Collaborate and Learn with L&D team to handle next level trainings
  • Handle new hire orientation
  • Coordinate and conduct Employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate and be a part of HR engagements and initiatives
