Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, strong Individual Contributor to join as Senior Software Engineer / Principal Software Engineer in ML team to deliver the solutions that fulfill the Business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy at HighRadius, one of the most innovative FinTech’s in the Enterprise SaaS space and the most innovative in Integrated Receivables & B2B Payments.

Responsibilities

• As part of the HighRadius Technical team rolling up to the VP/AVP of Data Science
• You would play a key role directly contributing to the success of the company.
• This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with counterparts in product management, engineering, customer value, consulting, infrastructure, sales etc. to ensure your Product team is delivering at high standards.
• As Senior Software Engineer / Principal Software Engineer of ML, you will be coached and mentored by VP/AVP of Products/Engineering and you would need to coach your team to effectively plan, build & deliver customer delight through our products, thus, driving the revenue growth of the company.

Requirements

Experience: 4 to 9 Years

Role: We have multiple roles the final role will depend on the candidates experience and credentials

Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MTech/M.S

Technology: Tech stack is a mix of Batch and Realtime with- Hadoop, Spark, Python, R, Scala, Crunch Living along side Cassandra, Hive, Heavy Machine Learning, NLP/NLTK

Other requirements:

• Deep understanding of AI, Gen AI, Big Data, Analytics, complex Software Engineering concepts.
• Should have more than 3 years of experience of working in product development organizations with a proven experience of developing enterprise scale products in a highly agile/scrum environment.
• Excellent Critical thinking, Analytical & Solutioning skills.
• Hands - on technical executor with a track record of building and growing data science teams.
• Solving problems in ways that can be backed up with verifiable data (Text, Voice, Images, Videos and Numbers).
• Mainly focused on driving processes, tools, and statistical methods which support rational decision making.
• Customer obsessed and have sharp business acumen in product and consulting environment to build a dot one product and roadmap that contributes to the success of organization.
• Provides strategic guidance and overall direction for analytical efforts.
• To draw reports and presentations for Data and Analytics and key stakeholders to serve as valuable insights and aid in departmental decision making.
