Job Description:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms, with a focus on NLP and deep learning.
• Utilize MLOps practices to streamline the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including model development, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine-learning models into production systems.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and related fields.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools and frameworks for machine learning development and deployment.
• Mentor junior members of the team and provide guidance on best practices in machine learning and MLOps.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a machine learning engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in NLP techniques and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with MLOps practices, including version control, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), model monitoring, and containerization.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) is a plus.
• Experience with blockchain technologies and smart contracts (e.g., Langchain) is desirable but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
