Role Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll dive deep into the world of audio and text data, unearthing hidden patterns and trends that turn into actionable insights for our customers. From building cutting-edge NLP models to crafting powerful algorithms, you'll be the mastermind behind the magic that unlocks sales success. This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Learning Engineer. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales.

About You

• 2-3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• Python experience is a must.
• Proven track record of building and deploying successful ML models.
• Mastery of NLP, PyTorch/Keras, and algorithms.
• Solid foundation in data engineering and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with both databases structured (eg. SQL) and unstructured databases (mongodb, elasticsearch).
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Independent and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to take ownership of services: You're not just a builder, you're a caretaker. You can independently manage the entire ML lifecycle, from conception to deployment and optimization.
