Principal Engineer

About the ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience with technical hands-on in full-stack development & helping other team members 
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
• Familiarity with modern software development tools and practices.
• Proven experience as a System Architect or similar role.
• Experience with large-scale system architectures and distributed systems.
• Good Experience with Troubleshooting and monitoring tools (Yourkit, Grafana, JMeter)
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment
• Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (NFR) and/or underlying technologies impacting final solution
• Strong communication abilities to convey technical information to stakeholders and / or be able to influence technical decisions
• Awareness of latest technology trends and standards in the industry
