Principal Engineer

About the ideal candidate:

Minimum of 15+ years of experience with technical hands-on in full-stack development & helping other team members
Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
Familiarity with modern software development tools and practices.
Proven experience as a System Architect or similar role.
Experience with large-scale system architectures and distributed systems.
Good Experience with Troubleshooting and monitoring tools (Yourkit, Grafana, JMeter)
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment
Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (NFR) and/or underlying technologies impacting final solution
Strong communication abilities to convey technical information to stakeholders and / or be able to influence technical decisions
Awareness of latest technology trends and standards in the industry
