• Canvas of Connectivity: Imagine building integrations by simply dragging, dropping, and connecting elements on a visual canvas. It is an effort to design the canvas that enables users coding and testing their integrations seamlessly within a browser, with real-time collaboration features that break down the barriers of traditional development environments.

Your Role in Shaping the Canvas

As a key contributor your role will be pivotal. You'll be at the forefront of designing the canvas UI, shaping the DSL, and refining the workflow orchestration. Your creativity and passion for technology will be the driving force behind an integration revolution.

• Design and implement frameworks and features that are instrumental in building the next generation integration platform.
• Provide technical leadership for new design and evangelise implementing best practices and guidelines.
• Participate in design discussions, build POC and contribute to deliver high quality products/features/frameworks.
• Ensure team is not creating technical debts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and expert groups on code reviews and test plans with an eye towards automation.
• Taking necessary corrective measures to address problems and anticipating problem areas in new designs and work.
• Focusing on optimization, performance, security, observability, scalability, and telemetry.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders on requirements and design aspects related to key technical components, frameworks, interfaces etc.
• Be an author to document architectural decisions, designs, comparisons, and analysis of the exploration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

What You'll Need to be Successful

• Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 15+ years of full stack experience in a software development role, shipping complex applications to large scale production environments.
• Expert in C# or Java programming language.
• Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns to solve complex problems with simple intuitive design.
• Experience of architecting, building, and deploying (CI/CD) highly scalable distributed systems and frameworks for small businesses and enterprises.
• Experience of working on AWS Cloud and DevOps (Terraform, Docker, ECS, etc.) would be beneficial.
• Experience of working in an Agile team with hands on with TDD, BDD.
• Experience of converting monoliths to microservices or serverless architecture.
• Should be self-motivated with focus on automating everything.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to be able to solve complex problems and critical production issues.
• Passion to see your product be the best in the business.
• TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect or similar certifications.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
