• Overall 15+ software development experience 
• At least 10+ years of Web and Mobile UI development experience in the relevant domain
• Deep Expertise in building user experiences using React.js, Node.js and React Native technologies.
• Worked on a product or platform for 10+ years
• Good communication and negotiation skills
