Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform next steps
• Create metrics, and use existing ones that align to overall product and business objectives
• Monitor metric health and evaluate if the product direction is making users happy
• Provide timely insights behind a change in metric and give suggestions on the next steps
• Define user cohorts, understanding why a feature may work for some users and not others
• Maintain a data tracking plan that summarises which events need to be tracked and why, for analysis
• Balance ad-hoc requests around data analysis with longer projects, prioritising ruthlessly
• Ensure the availability of reports and dashboards for both internal and external users

Requirements:

• Expert fluency in SQL-based data manipulation
• High level of comfort creating dashboards in Mode, Amplitude or comparable software
• Strong written and communication skills to share insights and influence stakeholders
• Technical background and programming experience - especially in Python or R is a plus
