Job Description:
This is procurement software project implementation role.
The role involves interfacing with customers for procurement software implementation projects, interpreting procurement processes, approvals, documentation, standardizing vendor interface and item masters.
Job involves extensive research of procurement processes, controls, intelligence and analytics and translate those requirements with software functions coordinating with development teams.
Further, plan and schedule eProcurement implementation projects, driving stage gate reviews, user acceptance tests and customer sign offs. The range of processes include RFXs, sourcing, reverse auctions, vendor interfacing, post purchase order processes and invoice processing, payment processes.
Responsible for the delivery of Procurement Services and adhere to Client requirements. He/ She will be responsible for client satisfaction and meeting SLA commitments.
Required Candidate profile.
· Degree in Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in Enterprise software implementation
· Good expertise to procurement, sourcing and invoice, payment processes
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Expertise in enterprise software implementation, writing requirement documents and good presentation skills
· Capable of interpreting procurement software functions, features and performance requirements.
· Project planning, documentation, user acceptance testing and stage gate reviews
· Natural inclination towards technology, analytics and user experience in procurement space.
