The Role: Quality Assurance & Compliance, Specialist
Responsibilities
Responsible for E2E Quality of the system under test
Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
Evaluate the requirement from an end user perspective and come up with real time scenarios that not just captures the requirements but also focuses on the purpose/the solution that the system under test delivers
Along with Agile teams, develop and manage test strategies that will include approaches for test data, regression testing and automation methodologies to ensure higher quality delivery and test coverage
Develops and establishes quality assurance standards and measures for the Application supported by the organization
Gathers and analyzes data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements
Responsible for the end-to-end execution of QA activities assigned to him/her.
Plans, designs, and executes new QA tests for new/existing product functionality at all testing levels as defined in the SDLC followed; thus should possess sufficient domain & application knowledge to plan & execute different testing activities for all testing phases.
Activities assigned by the QA Manager/QA Lead, is delivered with minimum supervision.
Expected to take the lead for some QA activities and to influence the team in delivering good quality performance.
Performance and completion of assignments impact his/her own role as well as the QA Team's overall goals and set targets.
Expected to extend the necessary support to junior team members, actively participate in problem-solving ; and to make make the right decisions and determine the correct priorities for all QA activities that he/she is leading.
Skills upgrade and capability building is planned with the guidance of QA Manager.

Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions
Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams
Continuous Improvement – Help define, improve and implement test processes and tools
Providing continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting/dash-boarding and QA
Responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities on assigned projects including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting, training and education on D&B QA processes and tools
Coaches and supports team – Knowledge Transfer
Required Education
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
