Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of our software products.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and define test scenarios.
• Implement test automation frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
• Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to contribute to the overall development process.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance our testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize test coverage and reliability.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation related to testing processes, procedures, and test cases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with experience in test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
