What you'll do

In the position of Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with business users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Qualtrics solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of DocuSign’s processes & applications. As a Business Analyst, you will closely collaborate with DocuSign’s multi-functional teams and your scrum team to deliver outcomes that will scale our business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and effectiveness of Qualtrics for our internal needs.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Business Applications.

Responsibility

  • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Qualtrics solutions
  • Configure surveys, polls, and other feedback mechanisms within Qualtrics
  • Develop new survey instruments and workflows as needed
  • Maintain and update existing surveys and templates
  • Extract and analyze data from Qualtrics surveys and reports to inform decision-making
  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate insights to partners
  • Work closely with IT Engineering to ensure the technical integration of Qualtrics with other systems
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Qualtrics features and best practices

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
  • 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience working with survey or data collection software
  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis and reporting

Preferred

  • Certified in Qualtrics XM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to multi task and scale quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Creative problem solver
  • Excellent teammate able to work with global multi-functional teams
