What you'll do
In the position of Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with business users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Qualtrics solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of DocuSign’s processes & applications. As a Business Analyst, you will closely collaborate with DocuSign’s multi-functional teams and your scrum team to deliver outcomes that will scale our business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and effectiveness of Qualtrics for our internal needs.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Business Applications.
