Job Description

Front end software developer will develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability. Provide website maintenance and enhancements. Use a combination of markup languages to write web pages.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Experience developing with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
· Experience developing modular JavaScript
· Semantic HTML and modular CSS and JavaScript
· Cross-browser quirks and compatibility
· Mobile- rst, content driven responsive design and development (i.e., FlexBox, CS Grid)
· Progressive enhancement
· Leveraging APIs
· Testing and resolving performance concerns
· Team Git workflow and version control
· Unix shell and command line tools
· Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise : Visual or user experience design
· JavaScript Templating Languages
· CSS preprocessors (i.e., Saas) and advanced CSS concepts (i.e., CSS3)
· Modern JavaScript frameworks (i.e., React, AngularJS, VueJS)
· Knowledge of emerging Web standards
· Native mobile development
· Package managers (i.e., NPM, Yarn)
· Scrum/agile software development methodologies
· Building API driven interfaces
