Looking for  Machine Learning Expert he will be responsible for the end-to-end process of building ML models, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machine learning, a passion for artificial intelligence, and a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in the field

Location: Remote

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Role & Responsibilities of Machine Learning Expert

• Understand business objectives and develop machine learning models that align with those objectives, including defining metrics to track model performance and progress.
• Manage available resources, including hardware, data, and personnel, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Analyze and evaluate various ML algorithms to determine the most suitable ones for solving specific problems, ranking them based on their success probability.
• Explore and visualize data to gain insights and identify potential issues that may impact model performance when deployed in real-world scenarios.
• Ensure data quality through data cleaning and, if necessary, supervise the data acquisition process to acquire additional data.
• Identify and utilize available datasets from online sources for model training.
• Define validation strategies to assess model performance and generalization.
• Design preprocessing and feature engineering techniques tailored to specific datasets.
• Develop data augmentation pipelines to enhance model performance.
• Train models, fine-tune hyperparameters, and analyze model errors to devise strategies for improvement.
• Deploy trained models to production environments.

Skills:

• Proficiency in a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or HuggingFace.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn and pandas.
• Expertise in visualizing and manipulating large datasets.
• Ability to select appropriate hardware for running ML models with desired latency.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in machine learning, including hands-on experience in model development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Experience in training and fine-tuning machine learning models.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence
