Role Overview::

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Ruby Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your expertise in Ruby to drive innovative solutions and ensure the quality and efficiency of our applications. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in India and ready to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Ruby applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing.
• Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions to influence technical decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Ruby and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Ruby programming language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex Ruby applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Must be based in India and available to start immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
