Title - SAS/ Databricks Migration Engineer

Type - Contract

Location - Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze existing SAS workflows, data models, and code to develop a migration strategy for Databricks.
Convert SAS data processing logic into scalable Python and PySpark workflows in Databricks.
Optimize ETL pipelines for performance and scalability on Databricks.
Ensure data quality and consistency during migration, performing validations and reconciliations.
Implement cloud-based solutions using Databricks to enhance data storage and processing capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from SAS to Databricks.
Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting to ensure stability and efficiency of new systems.
