Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
6-8 years of experience in backend development
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Azure
Experience with Java and Kotlin is a plus
Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
