Trustt (formerly Novopay) was founded by Srikanth Nadhamuni (Founder CTO Aadhaar) and Gautam Bandyopadhyay (a FinTech industry veteran and former Head of Finacle Innovation Hub at Infosys). Vinod Khosla, the legendary silicon-valley venture capitalist, is our chief mentor and primary financier.

Trustt has consistently grown through the last decade and built a state-of-the-art Digital Banking Saas Platform to power new age & progressive Banks/NBFCs/MFIs/Fintechs based on cutting edge, cloud native, mobile first, AI powered systems. Our robust product portfolio is forward-looking and high up the FinTech value chain. We work with cutting edge technologies and with some of the best institutions in the banking and financial services space.

We're currently 250 people strong and growing. This gives us the agility to respond to industry opportunities while balancing our capability & capacity to truly enable our clients in their growth journeys. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Distribute systems design, with the ability to design and implement systems that run on multiple servers and have knowledge of distributed systems concepts and best practices.

• Develop and evangelize on reference architecture and run principles to help teams adopt Engineering Principles.

• Leading and coaching junior Engineers to perform software planning and estimation for large-scale complex programs.

• MOST IMPORTANT - Passion for technology; maintains a continuous education in current and emerging technologies.

• Strong zeal to bring change, identify opportunities with perseverance for realization.

Key Qualifications & Skill Sets

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in software development.

• Strong technical skills in the following areas: Java, Spring core, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST web services Docker, Kafka, Mysql, Nosql, Redis

• Knowledge and working experience in Git, Jenkins, and Jira

• Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design optimized for building highly distributed and parallelized systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong automation mindset.

• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate the logic and implementation plan to team members & managers.

• Quick learner: self-starter, detailed and thorough
