About The Job
This position is needed to join the existing Oracle team at offshore and to provide support for onsite Enterprise Application Lead/Architect
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Design and develop enterprise applications related to Financial systems focusing majorly on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Financials
- Coordinate with all stakeholders including functional and business in understanding the requirements and converting them into technical requirements
- Develop BIP, OTBI reports along with deliverables supporting Oracle Integrations
- Support the team at onsite and offshore working closely with other Leads/Architects on the Enterprise application and integration related activities
- Collect Enterprise application requirements from diverse teams, prioritize them, design solutions, and guide junior developers in their implementations.
- Have the ability to adapt any new product/technology on the Enterprise applications team.
- Participate and contribute in all SAFe events including PI Planning, Planning Iteration execution, Iteration demos to showcase completed integrated solutions and Iteration retrospective meetings.
- Provide Proof of concepts in any relevant new feature on Enterprise application tools.
- Mentor new hires on Enterprise application development team, setting the expectations, guide them through the processes and products, etc
- Support the Enterprise application team, maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Business Team, Product Owners, System Architects, IT Team, etc.

Required
- 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle, with at least 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP cloud
- Strong proficiency in Oracle technologies, including hands-on experience in design and development of BIP Reports, OTBI Dashboards, BICC, SOAP and REST services
- Hands on experience in Page personalization - Design and development Page Composer and Application composer
- Relevant experience in Oracle Integrations and extensions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)/Mulesoft and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)/APEX
- Hands on experience in Analytics tools like Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)/Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Experience in Enterprise application upgrade analysis like Oracle fusion cloud quarterly patch analysis
- Strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL technologies supporting millions of transactions in the respective database systems
- Strong experience in design, development and migration of enterprise applications
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with various stakeholders including Business partners, Business Analysts in requirement gathering, product analysis, design decisions, etc
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle deliverables lifecycle management, application packaging, and deployment strategies.
- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD processes using tools such as Maven, GIT, Jenkins, and CloudHub.
- Experience working with a distributed team across different time zones covering US, UK and India regions
Desired
- Experience/Knowledge in Oracle EPM Products like EDMCS and FCCS or HR Systems like Workday or Legal applications like ONIT, CSC, etc
- Relevant experience in CPaaS industries or Financial domains.
- Preferred to have knowledge on AWS or Mulesoft
- Preferred to have knowledge on any programing languages like Java, Python etc

- This role will be based in Bangalore, India.
