TensorIoT is looking for a Senior Back End Developer to become an integral part of our team! Leveraging the AWS (Amazon Web Services) platform, we work to build new and unique solutions in the smart devices vertical across many different industry sectors.

We're looking for tech-savvy enthusiasts with a passion for Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and/or Artificial Intelligence. Some travel may be required to meet with clients.

As a Senior Back End Developer, you will:

• Work with Amazon Web Service ecosystem
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
• Work with project managers and product owners to meet specification needs
• Working in an Agile software development
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to design and optimize code
• Create diagrams and user guides for new and existing programs
• Document all programming tasks and procedures
• Effectively communicate technology concepts and solutions

We're looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields
• One or more Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification(s) (preferred)
• Expert level experience with Python and Node.JS
• Working in an Agile software development
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
• Internet-of-things (IoT) related experience
• Experience with micro-services architectures
• Familiarity and comfort with REST APIs
• Version control
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience building enterprise software

Bonus points for someone with:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Related Fields
• Continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• MQTT protocol experience
• Real-world experience with AWS services
• Experience with Microcomputers and Microcontrollers
• C, C++, Java, Typescript
• Bash/Shell scripting
• Computer vision; OpenCV
• Docker and/or other containerization
