Senior DevOps Engineer

About You:

• Have a BS or BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Have 5-9 years of experience in a software development role or similar with 3-4 years of experience in DevOps only.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience with building and deployment.
• Previous experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Have working knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Have a working understanding of Route53, ALB, NLBs, ASG, and NGINX.
• Be familiar with IAC tools and programming languages (Terraform, Python, Java, EKS etc.). Knowledge of the “version control system” preferably Gitlab to effectively track changes.
• Knowledge of popular DevOps tools preferably Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, Gradle. Good to have bamboo.
• Understanding of container runtime and platforms, preferably Docker, K8.
• Experience with Chef or Ansible for automating configuration management. SaaS delivery experience.
• Experience in Linux / UNIX and/or Windows administration. Knowledge how to implement DevOps cycle.
